Buruj Insurance to withhold dividend for FY17

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors recommended not to distribute a cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

The recommendation is aimed at strengthening the financial position of the company and will be presented for approval at the next general assembly meeting, the statement added.
