Saudi Chemical Co. subsidiary, AJA Pharma, on Monday began a trial run of pills and liquids production lines at its new plant in Hail.
Commercial production is expected to begin on September 16, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
The project is expected to have a gradual positive impact on Saudi Chemical’s financials starting from Q1 2019, the statement added.
In June 2013, the Saudi-listed company said that its subsidiary, AJA Pharma, had signed a contract to build a pharmaceutical plant in Hail. The plant includes three production lines for pills, liquids and creams.
