eXtra names chairman, vice-chairman for new term

United Electronics Co.’s (eXtra) board of directors on Monday appointed Abdullah Abdullatif Ahmed Al-Fozan as chairman and Abdullah Ali Al-Majdouie as vice-chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also appointed members the nominations and remunerations committee, as well as the company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

 

On Sunday, the firm’s shareholders elected board members for the three-year term starting on May 13, 2018, and approved the formation of the audit committee.
