Arab Sea to pay dividend for FY17 on May 17

Arab Sea Information Systems Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017 on May 17, 2018.

Shareholders of record on May 8, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

This week, the company’s general assembly had approved a 5 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.5 per share) to be paid for the fiscal year 2017, according to data compiled by Argaam.
