Al Khaleej Training to pay dividend for FY17 on May 23

Al Khaleej Training and Education Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017 on May 23, 2018.

Shareholders of record on April 24, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last week, the company’s general assembly had approved a 5 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 20 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
