SARCO reappoints Mohammed bin Khaled as chairman

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) board of directors has reappointed Mohammed bin Khaled bin Turki as board chairman, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also named Khaled Al Hemdan as vice board chairman.

 

During the board meeting held on Tuesday, committees’ members, representatives at affiliate companies and representative at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) have been named.

 

The attendees have also named members of the audit committee for the current three-year term starting on May 1, 2018.
