Herfy renames Al Muhaidib as chairman, Al Said as chief executive

Herfy Food Services Co.’s board of directors has reappointed Essam Al Muhaidib as board chairman and Ahmad Al Said as chief executive  and managing director, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also elected Rayan Fayez as deputy chairman.

 

During their meeting on Tuesday, the board formed the nominations and remunerations committee and the audit committee,  and named the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
