Al Hokair Group appoints new board

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development Co.’s board of directors has approved the appointment of Musaed Sami Abdul Mohsin Al Hokair as chairman, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

The board also named Majid Abdul Mohsin Al Hokair as vice-chairman and Sami Abdul Mohsin Al Hokair as managing director.

The appointments were made during the first meeting of the board’s new term, which began on April 19.

During the meeting, the board formed the executive, auditing, nominations and remunerations committees.

It also appointed Sami Alhokair and Omar Sami Samara as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
