The eighth auction of property from the late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate was held on Saturday, according to the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al-Rajhi).

 

The total of 15 properties was auctioned, including Abu Hadriyah land 1 and 2, Dr. Fakhry and Al Rajhi Hospital, a building in Dammam, and six agricultural plots of land.

 

Al-Haramain Hotel was also offered for sale, as well as eight plots of land in Al Hamra’a, Khobar building, four plots of vacant land in Al-Rawdah neighborhood, two plots of land in Al Adamah, a vacant land on Prince Badr Street and land in Abdullah Fouad neighborhood.

 

More than SAR 3 billion worth of properties from the estate have been sold so far in seven auctions, according to data compiled by Argaam.
