Nadec names new board vice chairman for three-year term

National Agricultural Development Co.’s (NADEC) board of director has named Ibrahim Abu Abah as vice chairman of the board for the current three-year term ending April 10, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also formed its committees, including executive committee, nominations & remunerations committees and investment committees.
