Dar Al-Arkan appoints CEO Ziad El Chaar as board member

Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. has appointed chief executive officer Ziad El Chaar as board member until the end of the board’s current term on June 23, 2019, the real estate developer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointment is still subject to shareholders’ approval in the next general assembly meeting.

 

El Chaar has been serving as the CEO since June 1, 2017.
