Trade Union shareholders approve dividend freeze for 2017

Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Co. (Trade Union) shareholders approved yesterday withholding dividend for 2017, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

They also approved the board of directors’ report, audit report, and all financial statements for 2017.

 

Shareholders also discharged board members from liability associated with their activities in 2017 and selected an external auditor for 2018.
