Yanbu Cement approves dividend for H2 2017

Yanbu Cement Co.’s general assembly has approved a 12.5 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2017, at SAR 1.25 per share, amounting to SAR 196.88 billion.

 

Shareholders also authorized the board to distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, Yanbu Cement said in a bourse statement on Monday.
