Riyad REIT Fund’s capital hike subscription period, which started on Apr. 1, will close today.
The fund plans to increase capital to SAR 1.633 billion from SAR 500 million.
All investors, whether current unit holders or others, can participate in the offering through Riyad Bank, National Commercial Bank (NCB), Al Rajhi Bank, Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) and Riyad Capital, with a minimum subscription of 50 units, totaling SAR 465.50.
The fund is offering 67.99 million units for in-kind subscriptions, and 53.71 million units for cash subscription.
Riyad REIT plans to acquire new income-generating assets and develop new properties to run them afterwards, aiming to achieve sustainable and growing dividends for the unitholders.
The fund’s portfolio will include 11 assets located across four main Saudi cities serving several sectors.
