Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority (GEA) signed on Wednesday five agreements with the world's top entertainment firms in Los Angeles, to introduce variety of world-class entertainment activities in the kingdom.
The first agreement was signed with the Cirque du Soleil company to stage performances on the Saudi National Day.
Besides, the Authority signed a long-term partnership with Feld Entertainment, a world leader in producing and presenting live touring family entertainment experiences, to produce a series of festivities in Saudi Arabia, including “Disney on Ice" and “Disney Live” shows.
National Geographic Encounter also had a share of the deals pie, thereby it will build various entertainment cities around Saudi Arabia, starting with Riyadh.
Live-events manager IMG Artists to bring custom, ad-hoc events to Saudi Arabia, and Luxury Entertainment Co. will the adventure show, Marvel Experience, in Jeddah and Riyadh as of next summer.
