Dar Al-Arkan set to complete Dubai tower by 2021-end: CEO

Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development expects to complete construction of Dubai’s I Love Florence Tower in late 2021, the company’s chief executive officer, Ziad El Chaar, told UAE-based Al-Bayan newspaper on Monday.

 

The project establishes Dar Al-Arkan’s presence outside the Kingdom, he said, expecting more projects to be launched in Morocco, the United Kingdom, and Bosnia as part of the developer’s asset diversification strategy.

 

In January, construction works began at I Love Florence Tower, Argaam reported.

 

The Saudi-listed developer signed a contract with GFG Group to lay the necessary groundworks and implement digging works for the project.

 

The 38-storey tower comprises residential units and penthouses, the statement added.
