Kingdom Holding Company’s board of directors on Thursday recommended a 1.25 percent quarterly cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, amounting to 5 percent for the full year.
The company will issue a dividend of SAR 163.9 million each quarter from retained earnings, totaling SAR 655.9 million for the year, it said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

The figure was determined after Kingdom Holding chairman Prince Alwaleed bin Talal gave up his full entitlement of the proposed annual cash distribution, totaling nearly SAR 1.2 billion.
