Al Tayyar Travel Group’s shareholders on Wednesday reappointed Mohammed Bin Saleh Al Khalil as chairman, for the new three-year term starting from Mar. 29 to Mar. 28, 2021.

 

Ahmed S. Al Zaeem was also reelected as deputy chairman and the board’s subcommittees were also appointed, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The general assembly also approved financial statements and the audit report for the fiscal year 2017.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY17.

 

The general assembly has selected Mohammed Al Omari as external auditor.
