Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Co. opened on Monday Park Inn Al Jubail Hotel and MENA Hotel Tabuk, bringing up its hotel facilities across the Kingdom to 37.
The Jubail-based hotel and MENA Tabuk comprise 161 and 83 rooms and suites, respectively with various facilities, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
Al Hokair added that it expects the related financial impact to show in Q2 2018 and enhance the full-year results.
Park Inn Al Jubail was established under an agreement with the Rezidor Hotel Group, the brand owner of Raddison Blu Park Inn, while MENA Tabuk is part of the MENA Hotels chain launched by the group in Saudi Arabia, the statement added.
