Red Sea opens nominations for board membership

Red Sea International Company will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 25, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from March 12 to April 15, the statement said.

 

Voting will take place during the next general assembly meeting, the statement added.
