UCA extends acting CEO’s term for three months

United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) has extended the term of office of its interim chief executive officer (CEO), Faker Rais, for three months effective from Feb. 26, 2018.

 

The extension was approved by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom central bank and insurance market regulator, UCA said in a bourse statement on Tuesday. 

 

UCA’s board of directors appointed chief financial officer, Faker Rais, as acting chief executive for 60 days from December 26, 2017, Argaam earlier reported.
