The United Arab Emirates and Oman have cut fuel prices for March 2018, while Qatar has raised diesel and Petrol (RON 95) prices, and retained Petrol (RON 91) price.
Kuwait recorded the lowest fuel prices across the GCC in March. In Saudi Arabia, super grade petrol (98 octane) was priced at $0.54 (SAR 2.04) a liter, ,while the same grade costs $0.35 in Kuwait and $0.54 in Qatar.

Saudi Arabia raised retail gasoline prices, and kept diesel prices unchanged as of January 1, 2018, under a wide-range spending rationalization plan.
