Trading on Saudi Cable Co.'s (SCC) shares will remain suspended until the company reveals its financial statements for the fiscal year 2017, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) said in a statement on Tuesday.
The move was necessary to protects investors and ensure market regularity, as the regulatory period for 2017 financial disclosures is coming to an end, the statement said.
According to data compiled by Argaam, SCC disclosed on Monday its financial results for the first nine month of 2017, posting a net loss of SAR 18.8 million. The Q3 net loss reached SAR 34.5 million.
