A Saudi court has postponed today the lawsuit filed by Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) against Saudi Aramco to April 16, 2018, SARCO said in a statement to Tadawul.
SARCO’s lawyer has submitted a three-page memorandum to the court, and Aramco has requested time to respond, the statement said.
In November 2016, SARCO filed a petition to King Salman asking Aramco to pay SAR 137.1 million, in order to settle a dispute dating back to 2011.
