Jadwa REIT Al Haramain makes SAR 15 mln profit for FY17

Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund reported a net profit of SAR 15 million for the period from April 16, 2017 to Dec. 31, 2017, the fund manager, Jadwa Investment Co., said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

Total revenue came in at SAR 29.9 million, excluding leasing income from the assets recently acquired by the fund.

 

Funds from operations stood at SAR 23.5 million, the statement added.

 

The fund was launched on April 16, 2017.
