Badr Johar resigns from Najran Cement, named CEO of Arabian Cement

Najran Cement Co.’s chief executive officer Badr Johar has submitted his resignation, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

The resignation, which will become effective from April 1, was accepted by the company’s board on Thursday, Feb. 22.

 

In a separate statement, Arabian Cement said that it has named Badr Johar as chief executive, effective from April 1, 2018.

 

Johar has over ten years of experience in the cement industry, during which he held several top positions in a number of listed companies, the statement added.
