Budget Saudi opens nominations for board membership

United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) said it has opened nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting June 21.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can apply for nomination from Feb. 25 until March 25, 2018, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board term will start on June 21, 2018.
