Saudi Electricity shareholders approve audit committee

Saudi Electricity Co.’s (SEC) general assembly on Monday approved forming the audit committee for the new term starting Feb. 19, 2018 until Dec. 31, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The audit committee will include Abdumalik Al Hugail, Essam Al Bayyat, Yahya Al Jabr, Walid Shukri, and Suaiman Al Tuwaijri.
