Development Works Food Co. names members of audit committee

Development Works Food Co.’s board of directors has named new members for its audit committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

The new members are: Saad Al Hudaib as chairman, and Hisham Muqrin and Ahmed Al Ajala as members.

The decision is subject to the approval of the company’s general assembly, the statement added.

The board has restructured other committees, including the remunerations and nominations committee and risk committee.

They also appointed on Thursday two non-executive board members, Hisham Muqrin and Mohammed Al Ashri. The decision is not final until approved by the general assembly.
