Al Khaleej Training names board chairman, managing director

Al Khaleej Training and Education Co.’s board of directors has re-elected Abdulaziz Al Bulaihid as board chairman for the three-year term that started on Feb. 12, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board named Abdulaziz Al Rashed as vice chairman and Alwaleed Aldryaan as managing director for the current term.

 

During their meeting on Tuesday, board members also appointed the board secretary and named company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

In addition, they formed the nominations and remuneration committee, the statement said.

 

The audit committee was formed during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on Nov. 22, 2017.
