Nadec opens nominations for board membership

National Agricultural Development Co. (Nadec) has opened nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 1, 2018.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from Feb. 13 until March 14, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
