MedGulf says four board members resign

Four independent board members of the Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) have resigned, the insurer said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

The resignation is effective as of Feb. 7, 2018.
