Red Sea International Co. on Tuesday appointed Abdulaziz Hasan Qabel as the new chief executive, effective Feb. 6, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Qabel will replace Don Brown Sumner, who stepped down on Jan. 31, citing personal reasons.
Sumner’s resignation is effective from today, but he will remain a non-executive member of the board until April 24, the statement said.
The new chief executive has 20 years in the area of Management and Marketing, Field Operations and He is also a certified consultant from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
