Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) will launch commercial operations at its Tabuk warehouse this coming Thursday at a total cost of SAR 17 million, the dairy producer said in a statement to Tadawul.
The new warehouse, which was financed by the company, will replace the existing leased facility to improve supplies and boost sales growth.
Last February, SADAFCO said it awarded a SAR 13 million construction contract to First Technical Contracting Co. Ltd to build the warehouse in Tabuk. The company earlier decided to build the warehouse on land leased from Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) for 20 years.
