Riyad REIT to distribute dividend for H217

Riyad REIT Fund will pay a 3 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2017 at SAR 0.30 per unit, amounting to SAR 15 million, it said in a regulatory statement.

 

This is the second dividend to be paid by the REIT. The first was a 1 percent dividend for for the 75-day period between April 16 - June 30, 2017.
