Riyadh-based project management firm Tatweer Building Co. along with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Education will build 60 schools across Makkah and Jeddah, under a public-private partnership (PPP) program, Tatweer chief executive Fahad I. Al Hammad said in a statement.
Real estate firms and investors can send bids to co-develop the schools, until February 7.
The ministry has also invited educational entities, with private and international licenses, to bid for operating the schools.
