AlBaha Investment and Development Co.’s case against its former chairman and board members was postponed today to Jan. 29, 2018, it said in a statement to Tadawul.
AlBaha had filed a lawsuit before a Jeddah administrative court in 2014 against the former chairman and board members for damages and losses they had allegedly cost the company earlier, Argaam previously reported.
In March, the court ordered the defendants to pay a total of SAR 68.7 million, plus attorney fees.
However, the court of appeals in July overturned the ruling.
