Dallah Healthcare Co. signed on Monday a SAR 1.3 billion Islamic financing agreement with Al Rajhi Bank, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
The eight-year facility will be used to finance construction of medical facilities and hospitals.
The facility is covered by a SAR 1.5 billion promissory note that includes both the facility and its interests.
The granted facilities from Al Rajhi includes participative credit (Musharakah) and Import Sale Contracts, the statement said.
