Amiantit reappoints Prince Ahmed Al-Saud as chairman

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.’s board of directors has reappointed Prince Ahmed bin Khaled Al-Saud as board chairman for the current three-year term that started on Jan. 1, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board has appointed Prince Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Saud as vice chairman for the current term.

 

All board committees have also been formed, and a board secretary has been named, the company said.

 

Meanwhile, Amiantit’s general assembly on Monday has elected board members for a three-year term started on Jan. 1, 2018, the company said in a separate statement.

 

The new board will include Prince Ahmad bin Khaled, Prince Abdulaziz bin Mohammed, Khalil Kurdi, Sulaiman Al Amro and Mohammed Al Luhaidan.

 

Shareholders have also named members of the audit committee which will include Khalil Kurdi as head of the committee, Sulaiman Al Sakran and Suaiman Al Amro as members.
