Yanbu Cement shareholders approve board rules, policies

Yanbu Cement Co.’s  general assembly approved on Sunday updated rules for the nominations and remunerations committee, the cement producer said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the amended policies for board membership, as well as the remuneration policy for board members and executives.
