Aseer Trading’s shareholders approve updated board rules

Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Co.’s general assembly approved on Sunday updated policies for the board membership as well as remuneration policy for board members and executives, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders have also approved updated regulations for the audit, nominations and remunerations committees.
