Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce and Investment has launched 10 electronic services within the upgraded version of the companies’ e-system, allowing users to access these through the companies’ e-services gateway.
The services include: establishing a company, renewing trade records, enabling beneficiaries to register the trade name while setting up the company, updating the register of shareholders, membership in chambers of commerce, modifying partners' contracts, updating data, electronic general assembly’s system, electronic delegations and publications of companies’ documents.
The services are an extension of the initiatives launched in cooperation with the ministry’s strategic partner – THIQAH Business Services – to serve the commercial and investment sectors in the Kingdom, empower the private sector, facilitate business procedures and stimulate the investment environment, state news agency SPA reported, citing a ministry statement.
