Halwani Bros shareholders approve amended board rules

Halwani Bros Co.’s (HB) general assembly approved on Tuesday updated rules of remunerations and nominations committee and audit committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved amended policies and standards of board membership and remuneration policies for board members and executives.
