Al Ahli Takaful shareholders to vote on board remuneration policy December 30

Shareholders of Al Ahli Takaful Co. will vote on the remuneration policy for board members, committees, and executives during the ordinary general assembly meeting on Dec. 30.

 

The assembly will also vote on updated regulations for the audit, nomination, and remuneration committees, as well as policies and procedures for board membership, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
