Herfy invites nominations to board of directors

Herfy Food Services (Herfy) has invited nominations from eligible shareholders to membership on its board of directors.

 

Nominations will be open from Dec. 19, 2017 until January 18, 2017, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

Elected members will hold the post for the new three-year term, which will run from May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2021.
