Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) unveiled new investment opportunities in Jubail Industrial City, during the launch of Jubail investment forum 2017, sponsored by Prince Saud bin Naif, governor of the Eastern region, official news agency SPA reported on Sunday.
The projects include the establishment of a pedestrian-oriented shopping street, a mall, commercial shops, residential units on the waterfront, a central waterfront market, a residential district in the north east, an external mall and five hotels.
Other investment opportunities include setting up a budget hotel, a golf course, and an entertainment city.
The RCJY set February 1, 2018 as a deadline for receiving bids.
Total residential projects in Jubail Industrial City have reached SAR 25.97 billion in 2017, while commercial investments totaled SAR 11.72 billion.
