Saudi Arabia’s housing ministry is expected to reveal its objectives for 2018 by the end of the week, the ministry's spokesman Saif Al-Swailem told CNBC Arabia.
The number of housing and financing products to be announced in 2018 will exceed this year’s numbers, he said.
The ministry will sign more agreements with real estate developers to provide additional housing units across the Kingdom, he added.
The housing ministry announced on Saturday the final batch of Sakani program for 2017, which includes 36,800 housing and financing products, bringing the total announced products since February to 282,700.
