Sahara to hold shareholders meeting on Dec 27

Sahara Petrochemical Co. will hold an ordinary general assembly on Dec. 27, 2017, to vote on appointing Khalid Al Furaih as an independent member of the board of directors and a representative for the general authority of endowments.

The shareholders will also vote on updated rules for nomination and remunerations committee and policies and standards of the board membership, along with remuneration policies for the board members and senior executives, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
