Al-Khodari shareholders approve updated board rules, policies

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s general assembly approved on Thursday updated rules for the nomination and remuneration committees, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved amended policies and standards for the board of directors and the updated remuneration policy for board members and executives.
