Housing ministry says 10% of Sakani units ready for delivery

Around 10,000 residential units, or 10.3 percent, of the 96,200 units launched under the Saudi housing ministry’s Sakani program are ready for delivery, Al- Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.

 

The ministry has already started delivering units booked by beneficiaries, and is expected to launch the 11th phase of the Sakani program, which will include residential and mortgage products all over the Kingdom.
